How to Apply

You are eligible to apply if you:

  1. Have an open Extended Foster Care Case (EFC).

  2. Are employed full-time or attend school full-time or interest in enrolling/seeking employment.

  3. If you have the above qualifications please fill out the THP Application below and send to: mariajenkins@ssa.ocgov.com
