Mission Statement
To heal, educate, and empower at risk youth to become healthy, productive, and self sufficient adults in the community.

Vision
To provide the necessary continuum of care to youth in and emancipating out of the foster care system in order to eliminate homeless at risk youth and adults in the community.

Programs we offer

Hart Community Homes
Residential treatment homes for boys ages 13-18

Monkey Business General Store & Café
Life Skills/ Workforce Development Program in an actual retail/ cafe business setting

Affordable Housing
HUD approved Home Resale program participant. Purchase, rehabilitation and resale of homes to low and median income buyers. HCH provides affordable housing through ownership and management of low cost rental units.

Who do we serve?

• Teenage boys in the foster care system. (13-18yrs)
• Youth transitioning out of the foster care system. (18+)
• A work site for the One-Stop Center- North, providing employment. (16-22 yrs)
• We are also a resource center for all alumni and youth in the foster care system that need assistance to find resources for employment, housing, mental health.
